Event Information

Attire: Formal (long gowns and suits), Magical/Wizard accessories
 
We welcome wizards from all magical realms to join us for a weekend full of magic and wonder! 
 
Our event is not affiliated with Harry Potter or J.K. Rowling in any way and no part of our proceeds will be going to anyone involved with that franchise. The Yule Ball will be similar to the one you know and love in terms of decor, the dancing, and the overall theme of magic throughout the evening, but we will not be using any IP in promos or during the event itself. We do not support, condone, or tolerate any form of transphobia. Our main focus is and always will be that our events are inclusive to all and that everyone feels 100% welcome. 
 
Ball Only Admission • $185
  • Entry to the Yule Ball on Sunday
  • Limited open bar at the ball for attendees 21+ (non-alcoholic options also available)
  • Sweets and hors d'oeuvres with vegetarian and vegan options
  • Themed photo stations to take as many memories as you desire
  • Professional candid photos from a photographer that will be released a couple of weeks after the ball
  • Varied entertainment, crafts, and a vendor hall during the ball so you're always entertained!

General Admission • $215 

Everything included in the Ball Only Admission, plus:

  • An exclusive Yule Ball tote bag that includes a guide to the city, your ball ticket, and some other surprises
  • Check-in at a separate location the day before the ball where you can have some breakfast and meet other attendees
  • A self-guided book crawl through San Francisco the day before the ball with planned out suggestions for food, shops, attractions, and bookstores (look out for ball related discounts!)

VIP Admission • $315

Everything included in general admission PLUS:

  • Private screening in a rented out theater on the night before the ball. Come dressed in your best slumber party attire!
  • An exclusive print from Ambrosia & Honey!
  • More surprises to come—We will be updating this as we finalize the offerings!
